Service Terms
- All inspections are carried out independently and impartially, in line with industry best practice and our documented procedures.
- Findings are based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of inspection and are supported by recorded evidence.
- We do not undertake repair, remediation, or installation work, eliminating any potential conflict of interest.
- A £90 booking deposit is required and will be deducted from the final invoice. Appointments are confirmed only after payment has been received.
- The full agreed fee is payable upon completion of the inspection and before the final report is released.
- Records and reports are stored securely in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Retention periods follow applicable legal requirements and professional standards. Specific retention periods are available upon request.

The names, logos, and methodology references “FBSA”, “Forensic Building Standards Audit”, “AD4 Standard”, and “Golden Thread Wales” are the intellectual property of FBSA Technology Ltd and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.
